This doesn't mean turning your home in to a minimalistic, clinical environment - it's virtually impossible to keep everything tidy all of the time, but clearing out cupboards, drawers, wardrobes, spice racks, kitchen cabinets etc through decluttering really can have such a positive impact on your mental health & bring about a sense of calm, you'll be amazed.

 

The process itself is often cathartic; getting rid of things that have negative emotions attached to them is a great way of moving on from situations or people & finding closure. The opposite is also true; finding things you'd forgotten you even had that bring back wonderful memories can be a beautiful experience.

My method uses a uniquely tailored approach to every individual scenario & can help with any aspect of decluttering / home organisation. I apply the principles of the KonMari (TM) "joy affirming" method combined with a variety of other techniques dependent upon your individual requirements & we will work together at the outset to determine exactly which approach suits you best - what do you want to achieve & why.

Living a decluttered lifestyle will help bring a sense of calm to your daily routines, you'll be able to find things more easily, you'll have more space, more storage, you will reclaim your home - enjoying it again rather than feeling stifled by it. We often find that once this is achieved, clients feel emboldened to take on new interiors projects & really start to make your house the home you've always wanted it to be.

Prices are on application once we discuss your needs & are usually based upon an hourly rate of £45.00 ph (plus VAT) but as each case is always so different, an estimate will be given once a home visit has been made to fully assess.
